Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
If travel dates are outside of a 30 day calendar period, a deposit of 50% is required. Should travel dates fall within the 30 day travel period, 100% payment will be requested.
Strict 30 day cancellation policy.
Failure to adhere to payment policy can result in cancellation without notification and deposits forfeited.
Late payments and bookings reinstatement are subject to 20% admin fee,rates can vary according to the exchange currencies at payment.
Customers cancelling reservations within the 1 month/30 day period will be liable to pay the following charges - the time specified being the time between cancellation and the scheduled date of arrival:
Free Cancellation up to 1 month/30 days prior to arrival without penalties.
Cancellation within within 30 days of arrival date, will be charged 100% of total booking value.
