About Royal Botanic Gardens
Established in 1916, the Royal Botanic Garden is the oldest botanic garden in the country, and is home to a wide collection of plants, primarily from Australia and the South Pacific. Situated in the heart of the city, it boasts sweeping views of the harbour, as well as ample green spaces and sports fields. Entrance is free and the gardens are open 24 hours a day.
