Our custom built wedding and functions venue is reminiscent of an old stone farmhouse with grand entrance hall, soaring ceilings and an impressive stone fireplace. The wide stone pillared veranda leads out onto rolling lawns with spectacular views of the Central Drakensberg Range framed by the Little Berg on both sides. This is an ideal spot for pre-reception drinks overlooking our large dam and the surrounding rolling mountain grasslands. There are various options for the wedding ceremony. Choose one of the nearby wedding chapels or churches or exchange your vows outdoors in one of the many spectacular spots on our property or elsewhere in the area. We cater for all of your wedding requirements and our associates can tailor the decor to your special requirements, musicians, D J’s and singers for the ceremony and reception, and several photography available all committed to creating your dream wedding day. The functions centre can cater for up to 150 guests and we have on site accommodation for up to 60 guests in 9 comfortably appointed chalets. We also have a LAPA next to our 2 rock pools ideal for a pre wedding get together and the evening prior to the wedding has proved to be a popular social event for family and friends setting the mood for the wedding. There is also plenty of other accommodation in the area ranging from luxury hotels, to smaller lodges, B & B’s and self catering cottages.
