About Grasslands Cottage Dining Room
We offer intimate dining for up to 12 guests, with a set menu of three courses. We are open on Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesday nights from 18h30.
Please bring your wine or alcoholic beverages, as we are unlicensed and only have mineral waters and mixers. Breakfasts are available on request and picnic baskets can be prepared as well.
The tea room is open on weekends, from 10h00 to 15h00. Private functions and parties can be arranged on request.
Cash basis please, as we do not have credit card facilities. Local residents may pay via EFT.

Grasslands Cottage is a charming haven situated in tranquil country surroundings in Wakkerstroom. A friend and I opted for the bed and breakfast for the duration of our weekend stay. Hosts Graham and Claudine made every effort to ensure that our stay was a relaxing and comfortable one. Rooms were well appointed, neat and cosy. We also requested the dinner option and found the meals delicious and great value for money. The boeuf bourguignon comes highly recommended as do the tasty desserts.
