About American Museum of Natural History
Widely regarded as one of the world’s best museums, this Upper West Side institution is home to a whopping 45 exhibition halls, as well as a planetarium and a library. Hugging the western end of Central Park, the museum is probably best known for its iconic T-Rex skeleton, but it’s also home to many millions of animal, human, meteorite and mineral specimens, as well as countless artifacts.
