Ulundi Airport, also known as Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi Airport, is conveniently situated near the Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park, the eMakhosini Ophathe Heritage Park, and many historic Zulu attractions.

The Cengeni Gate of the iMfolozi section of the park, which offers excellent game viewing, is just a 36 km drive on the tarred P700 road.
