About Kologha Forest Red Day Walk
Meander beneath a canopy of majestic yellowwood and white stinkwood trees to visit three waterfalls. The circular Red Day Walk passes through indigenous forest and montane grassland, offering numerous bird watching opportunities for keen birders. Look out for the Cape parrot, white-starred robin, Cape sugarbird and grey crowned crane.
The Kologa Picnic Site offers braai facilities, picnic tables and ablutions, making it easy to spend an entire day exploring and relaxing in the Kologha Forest Reserve.
