My husband and I went for a late sunday lunch, yesterday 7 August 2011, we got there, we alwasys love the view and the set up, we were excited to get there because my parents were there the sunday before, and told us about the great buffet they have for R100.00 and we didnt hestitate to drive from the northern subrubs all the way to strand to taste this great food. I am shocked at the dining experience my family and I had at this restaurant on Christmas Day this year. My father went through the effort of booking and making the R500 deposit, expecting that the proceedings on that day would be smooth. Only to find we had to wait, booking and all, for about 45 minutes before being allowed inside. To top it off they got our booking wrong saying it was for 11 people which made no sense if my father was asked to pay a deposit of R500 meaning it clearly equalled the amount we booked for.
