The Equus Gallery at Cavalli Estate is a subterranean 600-square-meter space with an innovative stretched back-lit ceiling conceptualised to simulate daylight.

Along with regular contemporary exhibitions in the main Equus exhibition space, three additional exhibition spaces showcase valuable permanent collections by South African Masters (Pierneef, Stern, Laubser, Tretchikoff etc.), as well as an extensive collection of sport and entertainment memorabilia that include some of the oldest references to the Springbok Rugby Team and various other local and international items.

The Wine Tasting Center and Restaurant at Cavalli Estate also showcase artworks by various artists on a rotation basis as well as artworks and memorabilia from the Cavalli Private Collection to promote a greater South African experience and our local artists within the Wine Tourism environment.
