Contemporary, classic cuisine complements this beautiful estate’s European-style wines. The Restaurant at Waterkloof boasts a Michelin star chef and a great, vibrant and at the same time relaxed ambience.
The menu is a delight just to look at and dishes like oxtail ravioli with toasted pistachios and cob with chestnut gnocci catches the eye immediately. An open-plan kitchen means that you can virtually see your food being prepared from scratch and adds to the open feel of the building and people. Be sure to try the delicate quail served with bourbon marmelade.
