Dixies is a definite for the friendship bunch to meet. Their steak offer is awesome. I am a bit disappointed in their website though as it does not attract one to their premises. There is also no ability for menu preview before you decide to eat out. Better photo's of the establishment should be used to place a sparkle in ones eye. I agree that the staff need an upgrade as it should be an adventure not a job. On the outgoing though Dixies is a ball of fun.

We spent a lazy winter afternoon watching whales in the bay from the deck while munching pizza and fish and chips. The food was plain but acceptable and the chips were crispy as asked – all in all a happy experience at Dixies.

I think this is about all they have that is nice. The food is not good value for money and the service is so slow.
