Funtastico

On arrival the wife used a rude careless gesture to wave us to our table we should have left right then in hindsight. We waited over an hour for a drink and of course no food was offered not even a crumb of bread and then the red wine was so bad I sent it back and it was not replaced with anything. After this time feeling hungry and thirsty and very ignored I went to complain and the wife gave me a filthy look and did nothing. I had the misfortune of going to Funtastico a few weeks ago. Diters wife, who trys to act as the floor manager, was so rude to us. we arrived, and yes the restaurant was pretty full. There was a few open tables on the outside patio. We waited for about 10 minutes for a table, and eventually decided to sit at a round table which could seat 6 people. As soon as we sat down, Dieters wife came running up to us and told us to go sit at the door as there was only two of us, and there was one small table right by the door.we moved, and now waited for about 20 minutes to try order a drink. the waiters...

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this place. I have been there before and the food IS good. However I have never been treated like this at any place anywhere in the world. The service was abysmal and the owners wife the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never set foot in this place again. Today I have looked on the Internet and spoken to some friends and found that I am in no way special. She treats everyone in this arrogant fashion. We ended up leaving. Do yourself a favor and don't bother unless you want an evening of abuse. Just go somewhere else.
