About Robberg Nature Reserve Fishing
The Robberg Peninsula is a nature reserve and national monument that lies 8km south of Plettenberg Bay. The boundary of the Robberg Marine Reserve extends one nautical mile seawards around the entire reserve. Only rock and surf angling are allowed in the marine reserve, with permits from Marine and Coastal Management available at post offices. Bait-collecting, fishing from boats and spearfishing are prohibited.
