About Keurbooms Canoe Trail
Open all year round, the Keurbooms Canoe Trail is an exciting canoe excursion for adventure seekers.
Best done during the warmer months of the year, the canoe trail is about 7 km and takes 2 to 3 hours to complete each way. You may bring your own canoes, or you may rent a few. The route is very scenic, with occasional water rapids which are easily navigated by novice paddlers.
The overnight accommodation is called Whiskey Creek Cabin, and is bookable through Cape Nature. Essential items for the trip include warm clothes, water-friendly shoes, food and drinks, and sunscreen.
All bookings are done through Cape Nature’s central reservations.

Canoe trail was awesome with great stopping beaches, but the motor boats were dangerous and did not adhere to water rules.
