About Dimalachite Fishing
With deep holes and rapids, Dimalachite is the ideal fishing venue for fly as well as deep- water fishing. The biggest Large mouth yellow caught here on fly was 24lb. Our motto is “catch and release”. So please take a nice photo, and release the fish as soon as possible. We rent out rafts to paddle to the islands and rapids, or you can bring your own. We cater for families, reunions, clubs, golfing groups, fisherman, friends, corporate functions and school groups. The kiosk keeps ice, charcoal, cold-drinks, ice-cream, beer, fishing tackle,

Drive through Parys on the R59 towards Vredefort. 2 km out of Parys turn right on the Schoemansdrift rd. Follow this road for 7 km where you will find Dimalachite.
