About Plaisir de Merle
On the rolling foothills of the Simonsberg Mountain, Plaisir de Merle follows a wine-making philosophy designed to translate the natural aspects of the soil and vines into the wine.
Tastings are done in the Tasting Centre, once an old barn which was built in 1823. The relaxed atmosphere allows you to sample fine wines in a comfortable and fine surrounding.
Opening times:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:00;
Saturday: 10:00 to 16:00;
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
