Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya still has a colonial small town atmosphere apparent in Victorian buildings, rose gardens and manicured golf courses merging into an emerald landscape of tea plantations. Between November and February the town is cloaked in misty rain but come spring, the region erupts into a vibrant party scene.
