About Chapmans Peak Hike

Viewed from below, Chapman’s Peak looks formidable but it’s not at all difficult. Some regard it as one of the most rewarding walks in the Table Mountain National Park.

The route and summit offers incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, Hout Bay, Fish Hoek, Kommetjie and Noordhoek Beach. The path starts 700 m down from the major lookout on Chapman’s Peak Drive.
