About Prince of Wales Museum
Mumbai’s leading museum is the Prince of Wales Museum, officially named Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya. Built in 1923 to commemorate King George V’s first visit to India, the museum is home to a vast collection of items and art from all over India.
