About Horseshoe Falls

The majestic Horseshoe Falls are found along the Sabie River and only 4 km off the Old Lydenburg Road in Mpumalanga. Visitors can enjoy a short walk through the beautiful terrain that leads to the waterfall. There is also a variety of bird life and wildlife. The waterfall receives its name from its circular appearance and has also been declared a national monument due to its unusual shape. For a small fee visitors can explore the area, enjoy a picnic, and cool down in the refreshing pools.
