It all started in 1991 when a small fruit drying operation started in Montagu, the heart of the dried fruit "pantry" of South Africa. Since then they have grown to become one of the largest exporters in the Little Karoo. Everyday during the summer months an enormous variety of fruit is prepared and dried to satisfy the requirements of all lovers of dried fruit.
