About Old Kloof Station
Right in the heart of Kloof Village, the original Kloof Station now houses the Stoker's Arms pub & restaurant, but it's also the place to catch the Inchanga Choo Choo (Umgeni Steam Train) to the Valley of a Thousand Hills!
Trains run from Kloof Station (Stoker's Arms) to and from Inchanga Station, on the last Sunday of each month along the edge of the picturesque Valley of a Thousand Hills. The trip to the old colonial Inchanga Station takes about 45 minutes along the old main line. Built in the late 1800`s, it is one of the oldest active railway lines in South Africa today. Grab an ice cold beer and fine pub fare on either side of the trip at Stoker's Arms!
