Fish goes from sea to plate, owing to the restaurant using their own boat, aptly named 'Live Bait,' to trawl the sea in search of the freshest catch of the day.

In Summer, the glistening blue ocean provides an entrancing backdrop to lunches and dinners, where Southern Right Whales can often be seen frolicking within metres of the restaurant from Spring time.
