About Bite 2 Eat
Bite 2 Eat is in a great location with an outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean and the Hermanus Old Harbour. It is a great place to stop for a quick bite and a good cup of coffee while out exploring the town and all its markets.
The small shop is packed with sweets and nibbles and black boards with their self-help menus. The design and décor remind one of a retro sweet shop with the bold red and candy jars everywhere.
The menu offers homemade soups, sandwiches, wraps, pies, quiche and a delicious selection of breakfasts – French toast, American-style crumpets, berry and banana flap jacks and of course the traditional hot English breakfast.
Choose your favourite style of coffee or have a freshly made smoothie. Sit down and have some cake or cheese with a piping cup of coffee while admiring the view before you trot off to finish your explorations.

From Fisherhaven:• Head south on the R43 and go through one traffic circle;
• After about 14 km, continue onto Harbour Road;
• Keep a sharp left onto Marine Drive and you will reach your destination after 150 m, on the left-hand side.
