About Hermanus Wine Route
The Hermanus Wine Route is one of South Africa’s newest wine routes. Uniting 15 exceptional wineries in the Walker Bay region, the route stretches along the R320 into the scenic Hemel en Aarde (Heaven and Earth) Valley.
Each winery produces a small amount of top quality wine using grapes harvested from sustainably managed vineyards. Four of the wineries boast superb restaurants. Striking views of the ocean, mountains and fynbos-clad slopes add to the appeal of this lovely wine route.
