The menu proffers traditional Italian fare such as Pina's delicious bean, popular in the winter months, crumbed calf brains with capers, or marrow bones served with toast.

Veal Saltimbocca with Parma ham, sage, brandy and white wine remains popular as does starters of Parmigiana de Melanzane - sliced fried brinjals with mozzarella and cooked tomatoes. Try Pina's signature dish of stuffed baby chicken served with roast potatoes, vegetables and Pina’s homemade fruit mustard.
