About Green Point Park

A fairly new addition to the city of Cape Town, Green Point Park is a beautiful park with a focus on sustainability and conservation education.

The park is gorgeously landscaped with amazing views of Green Point Stadium and Signal Hill. The park comprises wonderfully paved and wide pathways, green lawns, water features, and a special bio-diversity garden representing Cape ecosystems such as wetland and fynbos. The bio-diversity garden is especially interesting, complete with educational boards and fun wildlife decorations.

Park facilities include an outdoor gym and function rooms. In the south end of the garden is a wonderful children's play park, fitted with unique and exciting features to keep the kids busy for hours.

Green Point Park is open from 7:00 until 19:00, with visible security around the clock.
