Blockmans Grill and Bar, situated in Glenashley, offers a casual yet elegant dining experience. Our restaurant and bar menus offer a fine range of meat, chicken and seafood dishes. With our bar menu ranging up to R65 and our restaurant menu up to R120, we are competitively priced with quality and excellent service to match.

Our modern bar fitted with three big screen TVs and outer veranda offers 180-degree sea and city vistas that are unrivalled anywhere in Durban.

Menu items such as Portuguese Peri-Peri Chicken, Prawn and Chicken Combos and Matured T-Bone Steak are proving to be extremely popular with our fast expanding customer base. Our rump, sirloin, rib-eye and fillet steaks are cut in-house ensuring premium, matured quality.

Firstly, I want to say that I love the restaurant. When it changed to Blockmans, we were worried that the old legacy would be left behind. To our great excitement, the former Coimbra menu is part of the new fantastic menu. I went there for a birthday lunch on Saturday and I must say that even the Portuguese menu has lifted its game.
