Well known chef Patron Matthew Gordon (owner of the renowned Haute Cabriere) is the creator of the restaurant’s menu. Focusing on presenting only the freshest ingredients, The French Connection’s diverse lunch menu ranges from salads such as grilled calamari & chourico sausage with wild rocket and paprika dressing and a selection of pitas as well as more substantial meals like veal schnitzel.
