I have visited the secret garden many times and found it totally charming, so much so that we decided to organize our two year olds birthday party there. The staff displayed a complete lack of knowledge. Regarding how to do this and we were given the run around for two months resulting in the venue being booked for the date in question, on bringing this to the attention of the owners they were extremely defensive and denied any problems, a bad sign if you ask me since feedback is how you improve, I'm rather glad now they couldn't help us based on this attitude.
