I had ordered a family take-away meal last year and was terribly disappointed as the meal was all mixed up and untidy in the box, which was not presentable at all. The food lacked in taste probably due to the food not being packed properly, and as a result of poor service I have since not ordered or even visited the store on the Bluff anymore. I prefer the Ocean-Basket at Galleria, don't mind driving all the way from Bluff for their good food and service. Their food is served well, tasty and you leave with a pleasant experience wanting to come back.
