About Mountain Reedbuck Route
Gorgeous views, a 10 metre high waterfall and huge pool for swimming in make the 6-hour effort of the Mountain Reedbuck Route extremely worthwhile. This 13 km circular trail rambles along rocky crests and above cliffs with jaw-dropping scenes. The trail crosses the Witpoort River and up the mountain before coming into a pretty ravine populated with tree ferns. This circular route forms part of the two-day Ama Poot Poot Hiking Trail.
