Dhaalu Atoll, also known as South Nilandhoo, is home to 6500 residents on seven inhabited islands. The capital is the interesting island of Kudahuvadhoo, which is a fair distance from the resorts on this atoll. Ribudhoo and Hulhudheli islands are famous for their expert silversmiths and goldsmiths.
