About Darling Brew Slow Quarter
This tap room was recently opened to promote the exceptional experience of beer and food pairing. The Darling Brew has four unique flavours, namely their Slow Beer, Native Ale, Bone Crusher and Black Mist.
This growing pastime introduces its guests to new flavours and the art of beer and food coupling. Take a day trip to Darling with a friend or partner and stop over for some roasted, caramel Native Ale combined with melon and kudu bressaola, spicy Bone Crusher with tempura prawns in a Bone Crusher and sesame seed batter, or darling made cheese and meats platter with biltong pate with the marvellously mastered Slow Beer. There is a selection of light meals to pair with the originally brewed beers.
Darling Brew Slow Quarter is open on Mondays from 11:00 to 18:00, and Wednesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 20:00. The tap room is open on public holidays except Christmas day, and seven days a week during school holidays. Groups larger than eight should book in advance.
