Award winning chef, Brad Ball, is now at the helm and the renovated Volare restaurant promises authentic Italian dishes, incorporating his own unique culinary twist. Allow him to tantalise your tastebuds with his unique take on the vibrant tastes, textures and aromas of this visually appealing and delicious cuisine.

Using the best locally sourced seasonal ingredients this menu creates modern interpretations of classic and regional Italian dishes. Bold flavours and innovative interpretations reflect the culinary creativity and passion behind Volare’s menu, resulting in an authentic and genuinely contemporary Italian dining experiences.

Simple is better and ‘local is lekker’ according to Brad and he strives to create dishes with clean flavours from fresh, seasonal produce.

He firmly believes that a good chef simply enhances the essential flavour of each ingredient or product. “I am very lucky chef, as I have a few acres of prime land next door where I am growing my own fruit and vegetables. I can promise customers one thing, the flavours will jump off the plate!”

WWF SASSI have awarded Brad ‘Trailblazer status’ in recognition of his approach to sustainability. In line with this general philosophy, both he and his team endeavor to use free range, organic and sustainable wherever possible.

The Oak Terrace is Peddlars & Co’s al fresco dining option and serves delicious pastas, salads and burgers. The revamped The Local bar offers the Cape’s finest craft beers.
