About Cape Point Lighthouse Walk
Starting behind the upper funicular station, the Cape Point Lighthouse Walk descends below the Old Lighthouse on the False Bay side of the cliffs. The short walk levels out before reaching the viewpoint above the New Lighthouse.
Stonewalled observation points have been built on either side, offering incredible views of the sheer rock faces and soaring seabirds. Whales can often be seen in spring.
