Marco’s African Place resides within an old converted warehouse, complete with high ceilings, spacious interior and authentic décor.

The staff and chef are hands on, cooking, greeting and welcoming with African hospitality.

The ambiance is bustling and festive, with a large mixture of sophisticated Africans, suburbanites and tourists enjoying the culture of Africa.

The menu is traditional and tasty, with colourful creations and flavourful dishes. Expect plenty game meat such as springbok, ostrich, kudu, and even crocodile tail, (enjoyed mostly by tourists).

Locals savour more traditional favourties such as tripe with onions, savoury chicken pieces with onions and peppers, or samp and beans prepared in true African style.
