Villa 1916 is a three bedroom villa located on the second floor in the exquisite estate of San Lameer that can accommodate up to 6 persons. The estate has various activities within walking distance from the villa, including canoeing and swimming with the hotel also within walking distance.
This villa comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the villa's ground floor while the master bedroom is upstairs with its own en-suite. The ground floor also has its own bathroom which comprises a toilet, basin and bath/shower combination.
The master bedroom is very spacious with its en-suite comprising of a toilet, basin and bath/shower combination. The open plan living area has its own kitchen and living room leading to the balcony which has views of the estate's lagoon. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area has comfortable couches and includes a flat screen Tv and Dstv. The balcony has outdoor furniture with a braai that overlooks the estate lagoon.
Attractions in the area are 2 Blueflag beaches, lifeguards & nets, professional golf course, 9 hole Mashie course, clubhouse, restaurant, beach viewing deck, tennis & squash courts, paddle boats & canoes.
We also have the catch & release dam, bowling green, hiking trails, mountain bike course, kiddies play parks, day spa, library, cleaning services, conference & wedding venue, 24-hour access control, security patrols and state of the art electronic security system.

A gate fee of R30 - R200 per vehicle depending on your stay.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.
Gate entrance fee of R30/p/car p/d for nights 1-3, R100 for 4-7 nights and R200 for a stay of 8 nights and longer. Breakage deposit refunded on Friday after departure.
No smoking or burning of incense in the unit.
If day visitors are entertained we deduct a fee for cleaning services and other amenities from this deposit depending on how many guests.
Toilet paper only 1 roll every second day per toilet.
Please bring along your own soaps/shampoos, toiletries and your own detergent for the washing machine.
Bring along your own beach towels.
Professional cleaning service for curtains and mattresses is R500 to remove the smell of smoke or incense.
You are not allowed to sublet the unit.
Keys will only be signed out to the surname confirmed with our agent.
Arrival time 14h00 Departure time strictly 10H00. We do a full service on departure for arrival of the next booking.
Please always have your windows and doors locked if you go to the beach or shopping.
The blue vervet monkeys are fond of your snacks and fruit and can open doors and windows.
Always remember we should try to save electricity in SA. Please switch off all appliances and lights and air-con if you leave the villa or do not use them.
If you invite friends (low season) please contact the homeowner to arrange entrance with security at the main gate. We have the access code.
Visitors also pay R30 p/d p/vehicle.
A right of admission and eviction reserved.
We will SMS you the entry code for the main gate on the day of your arrival.
From there you can use the disk on the keys to exit or enter the estate.
A security wristband can be obtained from main gate reception that enables you to access the beach and pool area during your stay at R10pp.
San Lameer, the staff, the homeowner and the body corporate cannot be held responsible for claims because of losses, injuries or accidents suffered during your stay in San Lameer.
