Important Information

Booking Policies1. Please take note that the apartments are not serviced. Servicing can be arranged on request for a fee of N$ 200 per day.2. The Cube Executive Apartments and owners of apartments cannot be held responsible for interruption or non-availability of services offered by independent service providers to the apartments, such as DSTV, wireless internet, Live It Gym (not free-independent of the apartments) and pool (not free-independent of the apartments), TV, electricity and water supplies.3. The advanced deposit shall be non-refundable and non-transferable to another date, in the event of cancellation for whatever reason by the tenant.4. The security/breakage deposit, if any, shall be refunded to the tenant as soon as THE CUBE EXECUTIVE APARTMENTS have determined that the premises have been returned in good order and any additional costs for the tenants account have been finalised. Any costs incurred for breakages/damage/missing items, exceeding the amount paid as breakage deposit, will be paid in addition, by the tenant on receipt of an invoice from The Cube Executive Apartments.5. The premises are let for use, as a private apartment by the tenant and his family only. The number of tenants is not to exceed the number set out in the attached confirmation. Additional tenants will be charged a pro-rata amount of the rental.6. No pets are allowed in the building under any circumstances. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED7. NO SMOKING in the apartments. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. A deep cleaning fee of N$ 500.00 will be charged if this rule is broken and we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement in the event of further non compliance.8. Please note that there is no telephone in the apartment, it is advisable to bring a mobile or cell phone.9. During the period of occupation the tenant shall keep the premises and content thereof in good order and condition, and at the termination thereof return the entire apartment and contents in the same good order and condition as they were at the commencement of occupation by the tenant.10. THE CUBE EXECUTIVE APARTMENTS and the landlords accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any theft, loss, damage or injury to the tenants whether due to any negligence on the part of the owners, their agents, their staff or otherwise.11. No parties or noise will be tolerated, and tenants will apply to the rules of The Body Corporate at all times.12. Please provide your own beach and pool towels as towels from the premises are not to be removed.13. There will be a N$ 500 charge for keys/remotes not returned on departure date.PLEASE NOTE : Refundable damage deposit payable on arrival.
