The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. The dining area has a 4-seater dining table and the lounge is furnished with ample comfortable couches in front of a flat-screen TV with DSTV Compact for relaxation and entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Through the lounge doors there is a spacious, secure courtyard with a 4-seater table and a gas braai; perfect for enjoying meals and family time together.

During loadshedding solar panels/inverter provide power to the property. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall panel heater and the lounge has a large gas heater.

Guests have access to their own separate entrance and there is secure parking.
There is a washing machine in the garage and wash lines in the private garden.
The house has an alarm for security and the complex is equipped with electronic gate, electric fence and security cameras.
