Description: Next to the village of Budoni, the hotel, recently built, it is set in a very suggestive area of enchanting beaches with fine sand, surrounded by dense pine trees and Mediterranean scrub. Perfectly situated and within easy reach of the most famous localities of the coast, above all San Teodoro. Architectural shapes, its gardens, its position compared to the sea, the quality of Mediterranean food and the wide entertainment programme, make the hotel one of the best in Sardinia.Beach: only 300 mt from the village, a very long beach of fine white sand which gently slopes towards the crystal clear sea, making it an ideal destination for families with children. The private beach is easly reacheable by a pathsurrounded by wonderful oleanders, which cross the naturalistic area of S. Anna. A comfortable wood boardwalk takes you to the private area reserved for guests, which will have available, included in the Club Card, 1 sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room from the 3rd row and over (1st and 2nd row on request, with a fee to be paid on the spot). The private beach is equipped with washing facilities, showers and it is suitable for clients with special needs. There are also canoes for water sports lovers. Possibility of renting beach towels.Accommodation: the structure has 268 rooms with 2/4 beds, composed by one bright room, furnished in a classical Sardinia style, with a double bed and 1 single bed in the triple room, in the quadruple there’s a bunk bed. All the rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, tv, mini-fridge and safe. Almost all the rooms are situated on the ground floor and surrounded by a large park and lush gardens. Some of the rooms have a balcony, a veranda or an equipped patio. Activities & Services: 3 swimming pools (1 for children), bazar, massage area, main restaurant, Grill restaurant “Amare” with sea and meat grilled specialties, 2 bars, reserved parking for the Resort’s guests, meeting room up to 120 seats; medical service on request and with a fee.Wi-Fi: with a fee in the hall and main bar.Restaurant: international breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner (included mineral water, beer and soft drink on tap) at the main restaurant. It will entertain the little guests with: Nicolino Baby Club 3/8 years and Nicolino mini Club 8/12 years which will offer them a lot of sports, games, educational and recreational activities. The children will have the time of their lives.
