Although the luxury suite was nice, and the breakfast was delicious - the security guard brought it to me, so I could have it on the lovely patio outside - the experience was spoilt by the fact that the units have no noise-proofing at all, and the group in the unit next door listened to loud music and screamed at one another from early in the morning until late at night. The only way I got to sleep on the first night was by asking the security guard to tell them to calm down at 10 pm; even then they were still very noisy. The second night I got some sleep when they went out after they finished...

Stayed in the wagtail suite, it was a bit small but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Staff friendly and helpful. In house restaurant has a great menu and the breakfast was delicious.

I had a nice welcoming from the staff and had a great stay. Staff checked up on me regularly to make sure I am accommodated well and even cooked good food for me. I have encountered absolutely no problems and will definitely go back again.

Wow! What a wonderful stay! The establishment is so beautiful, its gives you such peace of mind and puts you at ease, especially with the soothing background music that plays throughout the Manor. The staff there is really amazing, they take such exceptional care of you, the food is really healthy and tasty, not forgetting that we felt very safe there. I’ve been here twice before and it never disappoints and we will be back!
