The Lovely 3 Bedroom Unit Sandton forms part of a heritage site and is located on Oxford Road so guests will hear the cars. The unit is not perfect and dated, and some of the original windows and doors are not able to close perfectly, forming part of this unique apartment.

The antiquated elevator is the original lift and is best to use for luggage and for guests to use the stairs as the elevator is easily overloaded. For this reason, the apartment is regrettably not suitable for people who are elderly with health problems or any injuries. The unit is also not suitable for small children as it does not have any childproofing on the windows and an open balcony.
