Situated on the ground floor, this inviting apartment can accommodate up to one guest, featuring one cozy bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and an airy open-plan kitchen and living area. The elegantly furnished main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is fitted with a convenient shower-over-bath, washbasin, and toilet. For extra convenience, there is also a versatile tri-bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on the top.



The fully equipped kitchen is a haven for any culinary enthusiast, complete with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a wide selection of cutlery and crockery. Additionally, a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer is provided for your convenience. Gather around the kitchen counter on stylish seating arrangements for a delightful meal. The beautifully designed lounge comfortably accommodates up to six people, offering a cozy space to relax and unwind. Entertainment is taken care of with a TV boasting a full selection of DStv channels.



Step outside the lounge onto a charming patio, perfect for enjoying a leisurely braai on the provided charcoal braai. During the winter months, be enchanted by the sight of dolphins and whales frolicking in the bay. Please note, however, that pets are not allowed.



For added peace of mind, the apartment offers a lock-up garage for one vehicle, as well as parking for a trailer. Although there is no pool in the complex, fear not, as Golden Sands 3 is conveniently located within walking distance of the pristine Lucian Beach. This coveted beach not only offers lifeguards for your safety but also features a delightful takeaway kiosk and unique shops brimming with beautifully handcrafted treasures.



Should you wish to explore further afield, a shopping center is conveniently located nearby, while an array of restaurants, attractions, and activities await your discovery in the area. Best of all, the beach is just a leisurely 300 meters away.
