About Caribbean Estate Deluxe
Situated in a secure estate in the seaside town of Port Edward, on the South Coast. The estate is located near Wild Coast Sun, Umtamvuna River and the beach.
Comprising of three bedrooms with the main bedroom has a queen-sized with a door leading to the front veranda with two outside chairs. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower only. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, while the third bedroom has a tri-bunk.
The living area has an open-plan kitchen, dining - and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, while the lounge has a flat screen tv which includes Dstv. The unit also two carports and a Weber braai.

Occupation of the villa may only be taken up AFTER 14h00 and departure is strictly BEFORE 10h00.
All persons who make use of facilities and units rented do so entirely at their own risk.

Cancellations more than 30 days before stay date - 50 % of the total booking value will be forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the stay date - no refunds, unless an alternative booking is sourced to the same amount. Daily service not included on Sundays and Public Holiday and Special promotions - if uncertain, please ask before booking.
No Pets Allowed
No more than SIX people may occupy a unit unless the unit is so designed as to comply with the local bye-laws, in which case the number of beds provided will determine the number of occupants as specified.
All occupants, whether guests or homeowners, must observe and respect quiet hours between 23h00 and 08h30. ALL LOUD NOISE MUST CEASE AFTER 23H00.
The inventory received on arrival must be checked immediately by the occupant and should there be any discrepancies kindly bring it to the housekeepers’ attention by 12 noon on the following working day.
No washing, towels or swimming costumes may be hung over the balustrades or in any public view.
No ‘day-visitors’ are allowed.
Visitors to guests on the Estate strictly by prior arrangement during normal working hours with the Administration office only.
Top Destinations are are mandated to manage individual privately owned properties on behalf of the property owner. We are not a resort management company. Accordingly, maintenance, repairs, appliances which are out of order or any other facilities failure, will only be dealt with during office hours, unless in the event of an emergency. If appliances/fixtures or any other facilities fail and need to be repaired/replaced during the course of your stay, we cannot be held liable for the immediate replacement or repair thereof. We will, however, endeavour to assist the guest within reason. In the event of any the above occurrences, no discounts or refunds will be given. We reserve to right to, at our discretion, substitute alternative accommodation, similar to that booked, or offer a full refund, should the original unit no longer be available for reasons beyond our control.
