The multi-storey house is an owner-run traditional Zambian farmhouse, which has been renovated and thatched to a high standard, offering guests a choice of rooms that can accommodate between two to four people. The rooms are furnished with a combination of comfortable twin, single, bunk, double and king-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with baths and overhead showers or showers only, and toilets. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and some rooms have pool views while others overlook the garden.

Evening meals, on request, are freshly prepared and home cooked. Whenever possible, produce from the organic garden and orchard is used, but sometimes the elephants and monkeys get there first. Transfers and booking services for activities in and around Livingstone are also available.

Guests can relax on the undercover patio, relax on the lounge chairs next to the swimming pool, and guests can make use of the tree house viewing platform that overlooks the river.
