About Beach House on Bux
Beach House on Bux is a lovely beach house, with magnificent sea views and close access to the beach, located in Mtwalume, the area just before Hibberdene. The double-storey house sleeps up to 12 people comfortably, making it an ideal location for a beach holiday.
The house features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the lounge, kitchen and dining room are all open-plan. For indoor entertainment, there is a games room with a pool table, foosball table, dart board, a bar area and an additional fridge and chest freezer. On the top floor there is a 42" full HD LCD TV and the games room has a 54 cm TV. DStv Compact with 58 channels is available; for other DStv subscriptions please bring your own decoder and smart card.
The property is fully secured, with fencing, burglar bars, sliding security gates, an alarm system with monitoring and response, as well as CCTV. The entrance gate is motorized and there are two automated garages plus ample parking within the property. The top floor boasts a large open deck with lovely sea views and a braai area, and the upper viewing deck is also excellent for enjoying a relaxing sundowner.
A short walk away is a gorgeous beach that does not get crowded during the holiday season. There are wonderful rock pools at low tide for swimming, snorkelling or simply to relax in. There is also an outside shower for when you return from the beach. The tidal pool is near the river mouth, approximately 800 m from the house; this is also the boat launch site. It goes without saying that Mtwalume offers excellent rock and surf fishing spots where you can target anything from pan fish size to prized game fish and sharks.

There is a breakage deposit of R 1 000 and an additional admin fee of R550 per booking.
All outstanding monies to be paid no later than two weeks prior to arrival. Internet transfers and cheque deposits preferred. Cash deposit fees will be deducted from damages deposit before processing refund.
Breakage deposits will only be paid back after departure after inventory has been taken, and damages if any, have been assessed.
Cottages / Flats and houses are let strictly on the number of beds available for guests and any excess of that number cannot be accepted. (Children inclusive). Failure to adhere to these conditions will lead to immediate eviction without any money refunded.
Premises must be vacated no later than 9h30 am on the day of departure and can only be occupied by 2h00 pm on the day of arrival except by special arrangement.
Caravan and Tents are prohibited by municipal regulations.
Inventories must be checked and any discrepancies reported without delay. If no shortages are reported, the contents of the house will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages on vacating the premises.
An extra cleaning fee will be charged and deducted off your deposit if the unit is not left as you have received it.
After full payment has been received no refunds are permitted unless a written request is received by us 30 days prior to occupation, failure to cancel this reservation 30 days before due date will be deemed as acceptance and you will be liable for the full rental, unless an alternate tenant is obtained for the full period. The lease agreement is a legal and binding document, construed, as to have been entered into by the magisterial district of Port Shepstone. Should any legal action arise from a lease, the lessee will be responsible for costs of an attorney – client scale.
Administration fee is not refundable
Lodgment of the Deposit and/or taking up the reserved accommodation is construed to be acceptance of these Conditions and binding upon all tenants.
We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to the tenant caused by an act beyond our control.
Under no circumstances may furniture be moved around.
In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof, but will see to repairs as soon as possible when reported. No reduction of rent will be allowed for delays beyond our control.
The right of admission reserved. The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if this confirmation letter is not produced.
The agent does not take any liability for any injuries or breakages during your stay at any of the resorts.
Failure to abide by resort rules may lead to evection by resort managers discretion.
