Aramunt Apartments offers modern, stylish studios 10 minutes' walk from Passeig de Gracia Metro Station. Offers a small outdoor pool and is located in the heart of Eixample, within a short walk of elegant boulevards and chic boutiques. Apartments from 2 to 4 people. They have air conditioning, a kitchenette with a washer dryer and a dishwasher, a dining room, and a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. DEPOSIT: On the day of arrival a deposit will be charged as a guarantee for any damages. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure if you leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it. CLEANING: Only for stays of 6 nights or more a general cleaning of the apartment is included. For other rooms or to hire an additional cleaning service, you can do with a charge to be paid on spot. Note that when leaving the apartment the last day of stay, make sure to leave the kitchen fully retracted.
