Friendly stuff and great breakfast .Cleaning underneath the beds can improve

Put enough milk and sugar in the room, drinking water I'm a hug or bottle could be an improvement. The lady at reception had a sour attitude not helpful to my request of refund claim, does not know how to talk to people.
