The town’s streets are lined with oak trees, particularly on Dundas Street, where they have been declared a national monument. The Old Water Mill, completely restored, is worth a visit; and the Great Fish River Museum is housed in the converted second Dutch Reformed Church and conveys what it was like to live as a settler after 1806, during the second British occupation of the Cape.

We would recommend Agalia to anybody any day. Both Carina and her husband made us feel at home. It feels like we have known them for years, like family. The breakfast was very nice and they went out of their way to accommodate us.

I would suggest that the name, Agalia, should be displayed on the outside , on the gate maybe. as the address and location, are confusing i.e. the entrance is not in the street shown as the address but around the corner in a different street.
